It's a nice price for a Sax, and a nice Sax, but I suspect places like that frequently have special offers like this.
At the end of the day, the other question you have to ask yourself is 'do I want another stringed instrument?'

Well, now I've had time to think about it more, the EU is getting bigger, it may well be that the price of ethnic instruments in England will over the next few years.
The choice is yours, of course, The Balalaika is a great instrument, and it's something that would be cool to have in recordings etc, since almost no-one has one. But the Sax is cheap, and looks good, and give you a wider range of instruments
