The Large Hadron Collider
1Did anyone watch End: Day by the BBC? What a load of rubbish. But at the same time, what a load of fun! However I find the final ending a little far-fetched. But it was also the first time I discovered that the Hadron Collider is infact a real piece of technology being developed and does hold the possibility to create micro-blackholes. Is the world going to end in May at some point during these experiments? Most likely not, but why is such a scientific marvel so scarcely publicised? Not only is it a new way for humanity to destroy itself, but it also could lead to some significant discoveries.
