Still blender as much as possible here actually.

Practicly everything with new/significantly-edited geometry i've done so far has been modeled in blender. I just find it so much more stable and flexible to model with than TS. (it can be as precise or as abstract as you wish)
The reason i've been using TS so much lately is because of the ** base.

It's requirements are fairly different to a standard model since it involves using textured existing ships, which TS is definitly much better at handling then Blender.
As far as modeling preferences go, I like to use each program I have to it's most powerful aspect - Blender models best, LithUnwrap UV's best and works well in conjunction with PSP, and TS brings it all together into a convertable .scn

However, it's definitly all down to personal taste - I've tried 3dsmax and Lightwave, but never caught on very well at all. :\
As much as I like and use the other programs tho, the modeling stage in blender is by far the most enjoyable. No matter what the ship.
