i have an issue with my joystick drifting in D2 even when its at the dead center .. i've tried calibrating but doesn't seem to make any difference. anyway to fix this or is my stick broken?

I've had this issue with a joystick many years ago and an analogue controller (was stored poorly in a box leaning against something I think), and not with D2 but with other games. Have you tried testing the joystick with other games - if it works than maybe its a bug with D2 that you might need to patch otherwise Hunter would probably know more on the game specific issues with the Descent series.

Try messing with the deadzone settings in D2. I find that works for me.
