Ouch, shoulder!

Well for the past 2 hours since I got up, my right shoulder has been aching like hell (feels like a deep ache at the joint) and it's really getting on my nerves. Has this somehow occured while sleeping on it?

I've never heard of that before... Though for really bad pain you'd think that you'd have to have all of your weight on it or something....

I've been having neck/lower shoulder pain on one side for most of this week, and it's worst in the morning. I don't think it needs to be weight related, you could be sleeping in a position that pulls the muscles.

Take a long hot shower, make sure the water hits right on it. Feels SOO good.

I was viciously attacking someone a few days ago. Now the arm I was punching them with kinda aches.
But I think he's in a lot more pain than I am.
