I've never heard of that before... Though for really bad pain you'd think that you'd have to have all of your weight on it or something....

I've been having neck/lower shoulder pain on one side for most of this week, and it's worst in the morning. I don't think it needs to be weight related, you could be sleeping in a position that pulls the muscles.

I was viciously attacking someone a few days ago. Now the arm I was punching them with kinda aches.


But I think he's in a lot more pain than I am. :badgrin:
