He tried to back out but three patrons removed him from the vehicle and subdued him until officers arrived.
Translation: They beat the tar outta 'em for ruining their bar.

Late post....

Considering one of the charges listed was...
two accounts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
I'd say the Police did say whether the 2 people were injured.
