Speaking of depression...

Just had one of the best shittest days of my life yet.

My actual birthday came around yesterday. 21st. 'Celebrations' not until Sat though.

Felt s###, felt neglected. Didn't even recieve a card let alone a gift. I wasn't expecting much, but you know, even a korny homemade card would of said more than nothing.

Hopefully I cheer up over the coming days. Going to go south again and visit cousins. People that atleast appear to enjoy my company.

Sigh. Life is s###, as usual. f#####g hate this world sometimes.

Meh, my 21st was pretty naff too. But don't make such a big dea out of a stupid number, mmk? People put too much emphasis on certain dates, expecting and hoping, waiting and dreaming. Sure - In moderation, this is fine. But people are always "looking foreward" instead of staying and enjoying the present. Always waiting for the next school holiday, or the next weekend getaway. Try not to dwell too much when your expectations aren't met. Life isn't about getting it all right - It's about learning how to make it right. "Oh, I did nothing wrong to deserve it?" - No one does! It's all part of a learning process. Enduring it, being positive and being in control of your emotions is among the first steps of that learning process. It's ok to fall over, ok? So long as you get back up each time, standing two inches taller for it.

Wait for the wheel, mmk? :)

Well back from my little trip.

I think it was more of an emotional and physical burn out. The past weeks had really been wearing me down. And the fact that I've just been through several of my mates 21st's where they get showered with happiness, I let my guard down and a tinge of optimism grew inside me.

Mistake though. Gotta live by my mantra more strongly. Optimism is the first step to dissapointment.


Anywho, feeling a little better. It's just that I've been trying to carry everyone elses problems with me as well lately. No more damnit, no more! ><

I just plan on getting hammered this weekend and try to enjoy myself.
