Well, I got a question for y'all. In the near future would any of you want to
play a cooperative Descent 2 level with me across a modem? I got a new-old
laptop a while back (150MHz, 32MB RAM) that runs D2 quite well, and recently
I did a few Serial net games against myself between the laptop and my desktop
(kinda boring... though it did allow me to set some custom Macros). The only
thing is first I have to get a PCMIA modem card (that works) (I should be
getting one shortly...) and after that I only know what to do in theory.

Would there be a way to connect more than one person doing a modem
multiplayer? I wouldn't think so but...you never can tell.
Does anybody have a good voice program that would allow us to talk to each
other(provided we get this thing off the ground)? I have heard of VoIP and
some Google thing...

And that's it. I'd be honored if I could get a chance to play with Hunter
but he probably has a live to attend to...
