How to change cloaking in D3

1
Would there be anyway to change how a ship is cloaked? I prefer how it looked in D2 to the way it is in d3. Short of digging through the source... unless you have to...
I did ask this on descentbb.net but didn't get a response.

Nope. At least, not in general play. It's possible to fiddle with scripted cloaking, but it's not the same as picking up a cloaking device. That's all in the hard code, which is not changable without a source release.

Eh? What's this? ;)

We can spam when we need to...

As for the topic, I don't think there is any way of changing the way a ship is cloaked. Though I *COULD* do some funky effects with scripting...

I was just asking since the D2 cloak seemed to actually hide robots/players better than that a "wobble" of a ship.
