Certainly the best of the New Three. Though there were some inconsistencies that could've and should've been adressed. Oh well, there's always the Special Edition DVD...wait this is Lucas we're talking about, it's probably be shorter in the DVD...

Eh... It was a fine movie, but I wasn't impressed... I dunno, it just lacked something. I liked the movie, but it wasn't that fantastic.
...Except the battle droids near the beginning ^^ Those were so ripped off from Halo grunts it's not even funny... Actually, it was.
...One of my friends claimed she was having an orgasm when Anakin pledged himself to Palpatine o_O Oddly enough, knowing her, I believe it, too.
I must admit, however, that Grevious was AWESOME!
