Longtime fan here. Have all the original recordings dating back to the Premiere on the BBC, and still have 90% of them intact, recently rewatched the whole lot. Absolutely love the show, it's on my top five.

Don't know, I just kind of made it up on the fly. The second one is from Andromeda(obviously), unfortunately the indignation of Andromeda(It was actually Rommie) doesn't come across in the text.
