Since a week ag today, I've been climbing ladders (56 feet) 20+ times a day... Now, other then the first day (after i han't done anything like it for some several months), it was fine... (the first day was horrible... Actually, make that the second day...

No ladders were involved... Actually, it wasn't my arms that were the problem... We had just rolled up 7 6-foot wide slabs of lenolium, each about 40 feet long. Each weighed about 100lbs... Now alone, these weren't bad, as one or 2 people could still easily handle them... But then...
[/dramatic cliffhanger]
We got the order to take them all to the dumpster... So we grabbed 2 4 foot by 8 foot rollie carts... We put 3 rolls on one cart, and 4 on the other... Then we set out... Well, we had to go around the back of the school, probably a good quarter mile, first part is uphill, second part down, with a flat stretch in between... Well, uphill was a b**ch... roughly 20 degrees the whole way, going up about 30 feet along a gentle left turn... So yeah, my legs hurt then... Oh, and we were kindof racing the other cart, which only had 3 rolls, but only 2 people moving it (we had 4 rolls, and 3 people, and they got the head start)...
We got to the bottom of the hill at about the same time, and then had to turn about 135 degrees left in order to not crash into the gym... (try fitting 2 really heavy carts through a tight corner at the bottom of a hill, with fooball players lining the sidewalks going out to practice

Fun, but all in all, Gravity is a b**ch... (and its always working agains you as well
