The acid I get on my lungs, which causes pain in the chest sometimes. That's very annoying, and scary.

Ooh, indigestion, and or gas pains. If I have lemonade and chocolate I get a severe stomach pain that migrates to my shoulder, nearly incapacitating me...

Cracking ankles. I walk down hallways and can hear *click* *click* *click*. =/
Also, I occasionally pinch a nerve in what seems my shoulder or upper back, that sends a violent shudder through my entire body.
I fell off a chair once it was so bad.
