Sensations you hate

This is a thread where you can share your weird body sensations that you hate. For me, the first one has to be when eating a hot meal - When I go to take a cold drink afterward, I feel the drink going down my throat and all the way just before entering the stomach. It's freaky, and feels like I'm leaking inside :P

My big toes randomly disloacate themselves every month or so and there is a striking pain that urges me to stand up and walk around. Usually this happens at a time i cannot stand as well.

Oh yes, that feeling. I also hate feeling lost, you know, when you feel you're getting no where and don't know where you're heading.
