Fun movie, lots of fancy special effects and physical sets. I like the production values. The story? Meh, nothing to write home about. It's kind of like the nu-Trek movies, just 'OK' for stuffing popcorn into your face. Pretty much like the previous film.

Some of the dialogue was clunky and some scenes felt seriously forced - it's almost as is if the writers were writing these scenes with a nod and a wink to the audience like: "Yeaahhh, we're talking about THIS subject and THAT subject in these scenes - do you get it, do you get it?"
