What part would that be?

Probably the part that's heterosexual. If you are, indeed, heterosexual. (No, this isn't asking any of you to verify your manly virility. No one cares if you are or aren't :p )

Watch her foot. When it comes close to the camera, you can see it getting bigger. If you watch it for a while, you can see that it switches. She is spinning both clockwise and counter clockwise.

Left spin for the first 10 seconds then right spin since the 11th second... and I think (only) aldo noticed that she's naked...

She does spin both ways.

Damn, that is one of the weirder things I've seen lately. Starts out clockwise for me when I initially look at it, but the moment I look down at the shadow she starts turning counter clockwise. Going back to clockwise is a lot harder for me, but I can do it with some effort (looking at it upside down seems to help).

I don't actually think the animation changes, because I can force a direction change (almost) at will by looking at her shadow. I almost wish it did though because then I wouldn't have to worry about whether I'm going crazy or not heh.

Finally, I'd like to echo the earlier sentiment to please have the lights turned on ;)

Unproveable; could be wearing a leotard or the like.
A very very tight leotard, in a cold room
:tongue3:

I already said that the image goes through the animation frames, there's no switching, unless the .gif format can include that. And if it was special code on that web page, Hunter posted the image at the begnning of the thread.
