Stalling PC

Lately when I start my PC up, it kinda stalls a few times before kicking in. Like a propeller plane kicking into action. Vroom.. Vro.. Vroo.. Vroom. Should I looking to replace the power supply? :nod:

Oh and I received 4917 spam e-mails this morning.

Mine did that for awhile on an old compy I had. Never failed on me, but this was awhile ago, when computers drew much less power. Personally, I'd be temptred to live with it, but I'm broke 90% of the time, so that's kind of my attitude to most things.
