Words you should know, but don't

For as long as I can remember, I always went about spelling coffee as 'coffe' - that and many other words which are fairly simple, yet I failed to spell them correctly for an unearthly amount of time. The same goes for speaking, for example when I say 'pronunciation' I'm always saying 'Pronounciation' - I still have to backtrack on that. My guess is, after a certain amount of time making the same mistake over and over, it get's carved into your mind. What mistakes have people made here when it comes to obvious *continuous* spelling mistakes and speaking errors?

'I's and 'E's. I know it sounds ridiculous but I often do...
