It's probably because Descent (whatever edition) is more fun than Freespace for some people (me included, though ofcourse I do like Freespace or we wouldn't be here.. :P) and I know that Matt is a big Descent fan. :nod:

There's never any good games going when I check, and I'm too busy with my clan in other games.

And 75% of the clan's hope for survival rests on the parents' decisions whether or not to sign up for EVE... Obviously, that's not good.
