I think the Terran Headquarters are in Delta Serpentis (Post FS1), the Vasudan Headquarters are in Aldebaran (Also post FS1) and the GTVA headquarters are in Beta Aquilae.

I thought that the GTA capital was Sol, seeing how when they were the GTA it was accessable, the PVN capital was Vasuda Prime, when it was habitable, and the GTVA one was Delta serpentis.

Well I thought that the GTA capital was Sol, then after that it was Delta Serpentis when Sol was inaccessible.
The PVN/VPE were based in Vasuda Prime but moved to Aldebaran after Vasuda Prime got nuked. The HoL were probably based in Altair I suppose.
The GTVA is based in Beta Aquilae...
... With the NTF obviously being based in Polaris.
