I don't have organs, just a molecular incinerator in my torso. I am an enviromentalist for gods sake! I cant have my poo filling up the planet, so I just burn it up. Stomach bugs are a pain in the arse though...

I would suspect that if you had an incinerator for a stomach, just about anything would be a pain in the arse ;)
