Hey guys and gals, been utterly swamped in work recently but I have to admit I'm really happy as it's very interesting, having to study lots and I'm retraining myself in programming; Matlab specifically.

On top of all of that I've got a girlfriend, a girl I've known for years. We just kinda got together at a party and, well, 3 months on and we're pretty happy with each other.

Just figured I'd stick my head in and say hello to you all as I haven't had much opportunity to over the past few weeks. Looks like it's going to be hammer and tongs until Christmas but I'm really enjoying the experience, terrifyingly I'm not in the least bit annoyed about turning up for work on Monday mornings.

I just got back climbing again at a competition on Saturday, I did absolutely terrible and have lost much of my wall clinging skills but I was so glad to get climbing again I didn't mind at all.

Matlab is sheer evil in binary form. You are therefore unclean.

Or maybe it was just the chemometrics I had to do using matlab that was evil. Something in that subject has caused me to block everything other than sheer revulsion out of my mind


Anyway good luck with the girlfriend. Now get back to knocking some heads together on HLP. While you've been gone we've been boarded by newbies who do nothing but ask FS3 questions
