Way to go BT

Or not. I've had a stable connection for months now, however, since they finally upgraded our line speed - It's disconnected 3 times in a day. And the annoying thing is my router doesn't report it, it just goes dead and doesn't try to reboot the connection - so I can go out for hours and it'll just sit there doing nothing (you can't imagine how annoying that is when your trying to DL something). I thought I'd finally gotten rid of this crap. The line was upgraded yesturday, however it looks like I'm going to have to get it downgraded... That's if they will... king of jerks.

To be honest I've got no idea why the phone companies are allowed to get away with this crap.

If your phone cut out all the time in the middle of a conversation or refused to connect half the time or limited you to only calling people who you didn't want to talk to much because it was unfair on the network to have users who spent hours on the phone do you think people would take it?

Today, again, and keeps f#####g up. I guess I'll have to call them and go through all the hassle.. I'll give it sometime, it just doesn't seem likely it could be teething trouble. When it comes to networks, either it works, or it don't.

So do you ask other people to DL stuff for you and then burn it to a disc, and sent it to you..?

It says "Connect Automatically, as required" - That's all. It doesn't seem to though. It requires a reboot to reconnect. Actually, it still says "CONNECTED" with a rate and IP report too - It just doesn't work. Seems to occur overnight/mornings the most. Grr.
