The backstory and ships information provides *some* insight into the Hyperspace universe. The ship database I'll upload soon will also include some more tidbits. If you just step back and look at the levels, you can put together some ideas. Maybe a story about a trader doing dodgy dealings, or a tale of a battle of wits between two commanders. Nothing too crazy like huge fleets or anything. You don't need to get really technical, that way you can avoid any canon errors with the current set universe - Which btw, doesn't have much canon in the first place, so you can't really go wrong.
