I've implemented a quota limit to user accounts on both Sectorgame and Sectorfiles FTP, quite simply because there's lots of stuff floating around that doesn't belong there - Keep in mind they're mainly for your projects only, we aren't a convinience store - You should remove/tidy up your files if you can, and don't keep any non-essential files stored for longer than the time you need them there.

Sectorgame accounts will get 100-200mb space.
Sectorfiles will get 300-500mb space.

I have a bit of pish I temp-uploaded in my sectorfiles account at the mo to shunt to work; it's not above quota but I'll tidy it up
