Ok, so I asked Lonestar (a local within the FS community) if he could build me a website for a certain project X i'm working on (more on that later) way back in February. He said he could, but he'd be really busy for a bit, as he is a web designer for a living. So I said sure, I could certainly wait for a while to get a free, professionally designed website from a friend for my Project. And I still had a lot of work to do before I could even work on a site already. Fair enough.

Fast forward to June. The Project has progressed way beyond what I had expected, and things are going very well. Almost well enough for public anouncement. Save one thing. I still don't have website. As I said before, I have patience, but the thing is, I haven't even heard from Lonestar in the last 2 - 3 weeks. Before he went AWOL, he said work was done for the most part and he was ready to show me, he just had to upload it. And now he is gone, for how long, I have no clue.

So now I'm kinda screwed. I can't make it myself, I have no web designing skillz what so ever, not even HTML, not to mention some of the cool flash stuff he was going to do with the nav bar and such. Now I could ask another buddy to help me but I'd feel kinda bad if Lonestar shows up with the finished website. Then again he has been gone for almost a month now it seems. And then there's the problem of finding someone who can do it right, If I do decide to forget him...

ideas?

Well I could do it fine... but I don't have the artwork - best ask hunter.

Good news everyone!

Lonestar is still alive. But Apparently he's been really busy.....

so it looks like I have another week - month of knowing he's alive, I'm just on the backburner. Meh.
