I wouldn't say that it has the power of the first two books but it's still a damn good read. If you liked Speaker you'll almost certainly like it.Taristin wrote:/me likes Xenocide, as well. But for some reason people knock that book.

I always prefered Speaker for the Dead but perhaps the fact that I understand most of the portuguese helps

I preferred the first one. Particularly since if you substitute the Shivans for the buggers it feels a lot like Freespace.
