I have stated my opinion at least four times in this thread. It is to prevent prolonged suffering by quick extermination. I think of this much like the Terri Schiavo case. I'm saying this becuase I DON'T WANT TO SEE PEOPLE SUFFER AND DIE! I am a kind hearted person and would like the least amout of people suffer as possible.

They don't. Some have HIV/AIDS; about 25% on average. Your strategy is to increase AIDS, killing as many as possible.

You propose a solution which won't stop the disease, won't curtail the spread (and actively encourages it), and whose only apparent effect would be to exterminate the African populace but leave its resources intact for 'use'.

Insofar as I can see, the only point is to kill Africans and take the land. That's colonial racism, flat out, and ethnic cleansing second; you've even suggested sending in the military to help out.

So your scheme is to remove any pretense of trying to tackle the spread of aids - educational schemes, presumably treatment - and introduce an extermination program instead. But only in Africa (apparently 'all' of Africa); although the US, Eastern Europe, and China in particular all have as high or higher infection rates as most of Northern Africa.

All of which will somehow cost less than an educational effort (despite deploying troops to kill people across an entire continent). Which, incidentally, would cut the estimated rate of infection to under a tenth of the rate without preventative education; so your plan would quantatively increase infection rate.

'If I was African, and this was happening to Americans'... so, in other words, you'd only do it to people on another continent, not your own. That's still racism.

Alright. This thing started with the pope and condoms in Africa. It was not about aids, it was about Africa. I have tried to keep my posts on the subject of this particular country, because this was the country that the pope misinformed. I proposed a solution. Now we're talking about AIDS in general, and in order to eliminate that, everyone who has aids should be executed or somehow sterilized so they do not spread the disease, be they in Europe, Africa, Asia, or North or South America. My plan was focused on the goal of eliminating AIDS in Africa, not AIDS in general. Now that we're talking about AIDS in general, I feel that every individual who has AIDS should be sterilized or executed to prevent multiple individuals from suffering and dying in the future. As I said before, I am a compassionate person and would not like to see 5 people dying when only 1 needed to. I hope this clears things up.

It's strange that sexual education focuses a great deal on stopping people spreading the disease, but you seemingly oppose it; instead favouring the cheape & simplerr(?!) alternative of a totalitarian state monitoring individuals constantly and then murdering them when deemed appropriate (perhaps in camps with gas chambers, that would help avoid the blood transmission issue).

First, I wouldent have sex with anyone If i had AIDS, and I'm not the type to get tatoos and do drugs. There would be no need to castrate myself or commit suicide, because I would be no threat to others.

Kill rather than treat? There is not treatment for AIDS! Even you should know that. And if by 'treat' you mean 'educate' then why educate if you could SOLVE the problem. The government wouldent need to monitor, they only need to check everyone once. Then it would all be done and the disease woulden't continue to spread.

Yes there is. Anti Retrovirals. They don't stop it, but they slow it down considerably. And in the extra time the person gets because of this treatment, a full on cure could be found.

Anti Retrovials? Never heard of those before. If these work as you say they do, then executing AIDS infected people would be far more sorrowful. Instead of knocking 10 years of the end of their life, we would be knocking 20+ (?) years off. However, cures for diseases such as AIDS could take hundreds of years to develop. That is too much time for the disease to spread. Considering these new circumstances, a new plan must be developed.

Perhaps instead of executing these individuals, it would be wiser to transport them to a contained facility. Not like a prison, but more like a city. A quarantined city where the only contact made with the outside world would be supply planes flying in and out. It would consist of all the comforts and aspects of city life. All their work, whatever their profession may be, would be transported out via internet and material objects would be flown out. The only reason I was advocating execution was because of their relativley short lifespan after HIV turns to AIDS, But if this treatment is widely available, then execution would be far more wasteful towards human life. All this can only happen if the government realizes the seriousless of the situation and funds this massive operation.
