AP Gym? Why are they giving college credit for a PE course?

You don't actually get the credit as a college credit, but its listed with the AP's...

AP Gym? Now that's funny. The only time I had to take gym in high school was in sophomore year, and that was just one or two times a week. I'm glad, too; I would have hated to have to take it every year, as some states do. I never understood the concept of trying to force physical fitness on people; either you choose to exercise, or you don't.

Well, this is the last year that the school would require gym (they require 1.5 credits, .5 a semester), but now the state has decided to say that everyone needs a gym class every year... :\

Gym sucks. My school had a gym class once a week for one semester. Haven't had one since.
