And it's actually from the right universe. Good call, Mad Bomber.

Grim, nice design, I like it, really. I only have one question. Why is it so blue? Is that just the lighting?

Sorry about that... like I've said before, ITS is monkeying around with the servers here at West Georgia so images occaisonally do some weird things. It's irritating as hell after a while.

You mean someone invited our ITS to come and screw with your internet connection too?

On a more serious note, Firefox is also returning some odd errors about 'Document contains no data'. IE doesn't, though, which is a little odd.

no, i mean the MSN people were being stupid and experimenting, or SOMETHING, so that my NET passport got screwey.

Screwy, yeah, that's what our connection is lately. It's gone down completely at least once in the last week or so and another time the HTTP server died... strangely, chat services were still working at the time, too.

Yeah that was the first thing I thought. The detailing isn't bad, but it's too big, too blocky overall and bears far too much resemblence to another ship that I never liked (Warlock). I realize that everyone has to build a supership before they can move on to more sane projects, but that doesn't keep us from commenting on it anyway. Really, try to put that level of detail into a cruiser, people will appreciate it much more.

As for the whole evolution/warm-blooded thing, it's pretty much accepted that intelligence can only develop in a homeothermic organism, due to the energy requirements of a complex brain. And as for the dinosaurs, well, we just call them birds now.
