HLP down, yet again?

I think we might hit the bandwidth limit again, somewhere this month........

Only a day or two more to go til bandwidth resets itself - HLP's noit down as such though, which is more irritating IMO. It's slow, and frequently you get the error screens (An email has been dispatched etc. etc.), but you can still browse...crappily.

Yeah, it's going up and down a lot right now.
