Looking for a Music Composer

I'm looking for a person to do some music for AOTD. I haven't had much luck anywhere else, but you lot seem to have a deal of musically inclined people, and no, BW, I'm not trying to sabotage your efforts. :p

Really though, is anyone interested?

If you're wondering what AOTD is in particular, we don't have a website up yet, but we have a forum that can be found here:

 Templar is jealous. His campaign is becoming another one of those "100 missions, 50 hours of Cutscenes, 100 new ships and MORE!" campaigns.

Lovely, oh so lovely.

I'm not sure I like what you're implying there - haven't you been keeping up on internal - we've capped it at 99 missions, remember?

ok... what are we talking about here? something about composers... for what? and pleez dont use abbreviations, BW, cuz i dont know what youre talking about!

BTW, wolf, that mission is almost done :) its got some good stuff! i DID have it, in the course of 5 seconds, switch from a defend with your life mission to an escort mission. :D it needed a variable, though, and the variable kept deleting itself and randomizing the values :? so i gave up on it. no escorting now. oh, wait... yes, there is some near the end... HHOOOOO, BOY! when you play this, youre gonna be like :x all the time! and then youll come after me and stab me with a pair of earmuffs :D , because you will have no sanity to spare!
ok, im done ranting now

I didn't! Blame Knight Templar! [-X I'll let him explain about his campaign though - he'd find my description less than flattering :)

Anyway..

That variable problem's a b**ch. :(

If I hadn't already found somebody, I might be mildly annoyed that you guys are discussing TI Missions in my thread.

:p

I've made a prediction. If(oh yes, a big if) KT releases his "oh-so-wonderful" demo, he'll be spamming HLP in almost every post about his "oh-so-wonderful" creation. When people tell him to "STFU" he'll seclude in his corner and the main campaign will never be finished.

Or it will never be finished in the first place, like every other campaign in this forsaken universe. I'm starting to wonder why FreeSpace has one of the lowest ratios to "projects undertaken" : "projects finished". It's rather pathetic.

I sometimes wonder if FS2 is TOO moddable ;)

And the SCP constantly upgrading the code moves timeframes back as well. The trick is not to lose heart simply because it's taking ages ;)

SCP team is doing good work

Only one thing I would see is Normal mapping in FS2

You mean as in detail maps? That is being worked on iirc, but the downside is you need to create a very high poly version of the model to be the template for the normal maps?
