I go to another board that has a limit of 5 smilies per post... I can't play with the smilies as much as I'd like to. it's VERY, VERY annoying. Please Hunter, no!

I don't know of any way to MAKE smilies, but you can "import" them from other message boards... You find the specific web addy for the smilie (from its properties list) and then you use that web addy and treat it like an image posting instead.
Doing so lets you bring in other smilies like this!
And my personal favorite....
The only drawback is that any imported smilies have the obvious white outline.... :duh:

Some of our own suffer from that, the smileys are animated Gifs, so as long as you know how to make those, theres no reason why you couldn't make you own
