Although scheduling yourself for a four-day week may sound too good to be true, it is. Monday through Thursday I have a solid block of classes... class, sleep, class, sleep... so I collapse on Friday and then I have to do all the studying and homework I would normally have spread out over the week on Sunday; leaving only Saturday for social activities/FS modding. It's not 'every weekend is a 3-day weekend', it's more like a cycle of intense work, crashing, and cramming. :headbang:

Learn from my mistakes, O young ones.

8 floors? I'd never be able to handle that. I've enough trouble as it is with the 4 at my college. You see, to get from one room on the 2nd floor, to another room on that floor, you have to go back to the ground floor and use a different staircase.
Whoever designed the building, quite simply, couldn't.

And as for the work, there are 2 possibilities.
1) I've a lot less than I thought
2) I've a lot more than I bothered to write down

I'm really hoping to get one of these little houses at Uni next year - they're 4 person units or something, but you get your own barbeque, you're next door to this massive bus terminal, and just down the road from the best hockey turf in the state.

And GE - major suckage dude. Are you going to get a chance to dump the 4 day week any time soon?

i have 5 days of 7 classes each in what i think is highschool. (i'm 15, and doing about the heaviest possible).

i've got:
Maths
French
German
English
Dutch (own langauge)
Latin
Ancient Greek (past tense, droipped after last year
Chem
Physics
Biology
some combo of the 3 above, called Natural Sciences
History
Geography
Sociology
and PE to top it off.

French and German are terrible, English is boring, the guy who gives Dutch is known as The Sandman (i believe that's the guy who puts sleeping sand in your eyes in England?). Biology isn't all that interesting, considering that we're doing Sex Ed. History is kinda nice, Geography is boring, Chem is fun, so is Physics, Natural Sciences is terrible due to an extremely lazy teacher. Sociology is fun. Latin is very nice, but extremly hard work. Maths is hard, but not extremely. all of the above give a lot of homework, and i mean indeed a lot.

needless to say, i don't have much time.

i just checked if i missed someting, and suprising enough, I didn' t. i a going to drop French and German next year, and take some more exact subjects instead. i love Latin, and taking it saaves me from some Culturual stuff wich is runoured to cost shitloads fo money to see a lot of bad cabaret performances. now, i get to go to some roman museums instead :D

and this is year 4 of 6 BTW, so it might even get worse. and for my schooling system, check thatMSN conversation we had a while back.
