For this summer?

Not so much. Staying at home, wasting my life on the 'Net, maybe doing some filming with a few mates, working on Fridays and Saturdays, going to the Lake District for a week.

Sound good. Filiming? what kind?

Just general crap. We've been thinking about making a Mafia-type short film, or something along those lines.

Cool. I've always wanted to make a Sci-Fi film ! Try it ! You would just need several CGI guys to make it awesome

I've been trying to convince them that a sci-fi film would be a good idea, but since LightWave is so prohibitively expensive, and hard to use, anyway, that's out of the window.

Most of the stuff we've filmed before is just boll##ks, I might have some of it kicking around somewhere on the net, I'll see if I can dig it up.

Welll.. could try get some CGI from somewhere... Spacebattles or something, and use that - Build it around a story, and make a small set out of cardboard...

Maybe...

if you want help on SFX, i might be able to help, i can make a pretty good lightsaber if you give me some time, and as long as it isn't all too much or too big, i might try and help if you want to.
