CryZone: Sector 23 ( STALKER mod for Crysis )

Hello,
Just posting this in case some of you have missed the 'CryZone: Sector 23' mod. Which is, vaguely saying, a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mod/total-conversaion for Crysis, all with its own story and so on. You can see more information and a lot of fancy screenshots with a video on their MODDB PAGE.
Needless to say, it looks incredibly impressive.
