Can't access FTP

Me and FSF are getting a "530 Login authentication failed" on trying to access the ASW FTP . So I tried accessing FSA FTP, but am getting the same thing. What gives?

Can you PM me the original username and password, so I can check myself. I have just noticed that *none* of the FTP logins except the master key are working at the moment, so it could be a server wide problem. Not sure, though, as I cannot physically see the passwords myself without resetting them.

Ok, well it seems the username is in lower case, so try it now.
