Does anyone here know how to clear the folder history in Windows Vista/7? In Windows Explorer, when I browse to the address bar there is a tonne of links to folders - some of which don't even even exist anymore - and mostly just get in the way of quickly jumping around to the folders I want to find.

Not sure if this is the quickest way but I turned off the feature by clicking on the taskbar, choosing properties->Start Menu and turning off the two Store options.

I'd imagine this clears them. So if you do that and then reverse the process you should have wiped it.

EDIT : wait a sec, you mean the Explorer one not the start menu one. Read that too quickly. I suspect you can do the same thing there too though.

Hm, yeah that seemed to work. Funny thing though, it was enabled in the first place.
