First page might not be that good, but trust me- it gets better.

And I have to keep tabs on Erfworld.

They only just got around to putting Parson back in charge, true.
On the other hand I recently came to the realization that the throwaway character we saw incinerated at the end of Gobwin Knob was the one who was talking to Ossmer. It's not easy to pick up with the art shifts, but...

Never bothered with Erfworld. Worth getting into? It's not like I'm not checking that site constantly for OOtS anyway.

Erfworld's moved to its own site after the first book. I want to say it depends on how much of a wargamer you are, but to be honest it probably doesn't. General RPG-saavy is probably enough you won't get lost, and the comic's well-worth reading.
