Military GTA.

It's very similar to Mercenaries, if you've heard of that. There's a lot of vehicles on top of the third person shooter-ing (helicopters, cars, tanks, bikes, planes, a hot air baloon, parachutes).

Open world crazyness. I've seen my friend play it, it looks like a LOT of fun.

It's a good game, but not a great one - the difficulty level is way too harsh, even on the easiest level.

This review is pretty accurate

I indirectly know one of the art directors and environmental artists who worked on this.
