Might be interesting to some people - http://store.steampowered.com/sub/4060 . I can highly recommend GRID, although it was £2 in the last sale. Fuel looks interesting in a 'wouldn't buy it at full price' way, especially as apparently it has some open-world multiplayer stuff.

Plus, Dirt (1) has my car (well, the rally version of it). Which is nice.

The whole steam thing put me off, for sure, but it just was a damn good deal. Didn't we get Dirt 2 as well? Which was pretty recently released, I think it had a little taster of DX11.

Yeah against my code of Steam hating I did get it. Typical that I just happened to miss GRID going for £2 though...

Open world multiplayer racing game? Funny, I was just thinking how awesome that would be a couple days ago... Downloading the demo now to see if it's any good.

I didn't think GRID was open world, is it? I know Test Drive Unlimited, which I also own, and to which a sequel is being released, is open world. Take a look at that, it's pretty fun.

It's (Fuel) not really worth more than 2 quid/$3 though.

Burnout Paradise is "open world" but that just did my head-in tbh...
