Granted, he hasn't (yet) said anything at all worthy of significant criticism, and there's actually some interesting discussion going on in the thread, but am I the only one fundamentally weirded-out by Derek
actively posting in an HLP thread? It feels something like seeing a wasp buzzing around the room and inviting it to come land on your finger instead of reaching for the flyswatter.

Actually he seems to be acting fairly reasonably so far. Bit of a wobble at the start but he managed to avoid dragging the entire thread down into a flame pit.
