That's a LOT of stasis pods.
This guy I am NOT letting out of stasis.
Sneaking around has it's drawbacks.

It's a very rare random encounter, IIRC. Fallout Wikia confirms.

Ah.

I have covered just about the entire Wasteland, there is no side quest I have not done nor encounter I have not seen. And the bugs are still quite common on the console, I've seen them. You just have to put in the hours.

I've done much the same, and seen nothing like any of those.

Though I should take some screenies of the Fish Out of Water in Morrowind...

I think they occur on the PC when you reload save games a lot. Check out this guy spazzing out on the floor.

That's a bug with their modified physics engine. You see that all the time in Oblivion. Especially without the patches.

My favorite is when the hanging lanterns become posessed. And don't forget the levitating food.
