Depends... if it's a single campaign, it may have its own release thread somewhere, pretty much like PI on HLP (the campaign is hosted by the site, but it doesn't have any specific boards).
Things should change, IMO, should the project be expanded.

The Apocalypse: Vega is a prologue to the upcoming series of campaigns.
Well, on the site, it says that this release is a prologue. So it should have forums. Shiv is probably waiting till the english release to get the forums, I hope?
