there a way to make vertical and horizontal thrusters work in normal FS2 like they do in beyond the red line?

something i'm missing somewhere?

Check the BtRL ships.tbl and it should be pretty obvious how it was done. Basically you need to define them in the tables.

You'll need to extract it. You'll need VPView or something similar for that.
