Some new posters from the Tokyo subway. Have seen similar notices here, and every day I see people doing these things so I think some posters are in order.

Would patrons please refrain from drunkenly masturbating to porn using a cornish pasty. Do that at home, or alternatively don't do it at all. :p

This is caused by two things in Japan, overcrowding and the concept that being late for work is an unforgivable error. When my brother was in Japan, if a train was cancelled, the company actually had to hand out slips to those waiting for the train to show to their boss to prove that the train had actually been cancelled.

This leads to people literally vaulting onto crowded trains in an attempt to fit into it.

Yep, heard about that from my class lecturer. It doesn't happen here often (breakdowns) but being late is still quite a bad thing in any office. I think it's not quite as strict here, but taking days off is a definite NO. That being said, both these countries put on a face if you ask me. That face tells you they are the "busy, longest working hours" countries in the world, but infact those long working hours are actually less productive than the typical working day back in the UK. Sure, guys here work from 9am to 9pm, but those hours are FAR less productive in my experience.

This statement is unintentionally hilarous. (NRSFW)
