Use the automated installer to update your FS2 to the latest version. It might not fix your multiplayer, but it will upgrade everything. It's the first thing anyone will recommend.

Does EVERY mission crash? Or just custom mission...

I already did what you recommended to me… and still…

steps:
* beginning the game in multiplayer mode.
*start or join to multiplayer game.
*create game. to accept.
*and CRASH. :S

I must press escape so that it gives back to Windows and automatically one leaves the game

Run the debug version. In your Data folder you'll find a file called FS2_Open.log. Post it here for us to look at.
