the front seems kinda poly wasting. change the desgn a little to make the greebles more noticable.

Good, but isn't it more freighter than frigate with those pods all over it?

Incidentally, it looks, in places (especially that head), a lot like Flipside's Atlantis. Not a bad thing BTW.

Well it is a Cargo Frigate, these frigates are stronger and cargo pods are so armored that they cannot be destroyed.
This has the Health of the Iceni.
Carries much more cargo that 4 freighters, and also its much stronger.
