Sectorgame

I've been very busy lately, and haven't had time to look here much. But it seems this is the worst period of inactivity I've ever seen at Sectorgame. Not because people DONT come, but because there just isn't anything to do or talk about, it would seem. So what is there to do? Wait for the next round of activity, or try to figure someway of getting people posting again? Chit-chatter doesn't go very far, so we need to focus on games I guess?

TI seems about the last hope left, unless somebody wanders in and pulls a Homesick or Blue Planet out of their rear.

Hmmm... focusing on game's a good start. However, it seems like it's because everyone's busy with something at the moment.

Well bringing new games to SG isn't easy, since we have no websites to support a forum.

Yea this inactivity is getting as bad as the drout in Cal.

Thing is any game worth making a section about already has 3-10 websites devoted to it already.


And no one suggest a "3 word game" thread, cause posts for the sake of posting (i.e. spam) isn't worth the activity, at all.

I'm off doing my own thing, and post my stuff here every now and then, but it doesn't do any good. We're all too busy with our own things, and none of those things match up, so people just go in their own directions. Without a collective interest in something, a community is doomed to rot itself away.

Like MadBomber's campaign he sent me to help work on, there is a vague chance the missions will be released. Very vague.

Heh, I think what keeps most of us here is the fact that we post at SG. That's about it, aside from scattered posts in the various sections, that's about all we do. So that is our rallying point, and we gain new members through the other sections that SG has.
